When I had this recent flu, I had just started PRX (Theramedix brand - same enzymes and proportions as Virastop) that day. I suppose I wasn't taking enough to wipe out a stomach virus? I think I was using 1/2 capsule at that time. I have since tried taking 1/4 capsule (3x daily). It makes me feel constantly queasy, fatigued, and generally yucky. I have stuck with it as long as 5 days, and the symptoms just get worse each day. Am I doing something wrong, or is this normal? Well, I give the kids one Virastop, more if required, and I take quite a few myself. Your symptoms can mean you don't tolerate one of the ingredients, or they can mean the viruses are coming out. If I take too much OLE, I start feeling achy and have the chills, just like the flu virus coming out [which I want to happen], but then I take Virastop and the feeling goes away. I do end up a little tired, I guess my body is fighting the virus. But the other symptoms are not there. I also increase my vitamin C, which I learned was required for my son, to ensure the virus did not just go right back into his brain. Do you increase your yeast protocol when you take this product?
