Guest guest
Greetings, My 3 yr old son has been using TD DMPS for 3 weeks now and seems to be holding his own...speech is coming - yeah!!!! With the good comes the bad ...we are struggling with constipation but extra magnesium has sorted that out ... I think he is now struggling with an acid stomach and a little bit of acid reflux...he burps a ton, wakes up in the middle of the night, needs to eat ASAP upon waking and our biggest sign is that he has stopped eating all likeable foods except 1 ...the only thing he eats now is GF crackers and peanut butter. This is all that he has been eating for 2 weeks now. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you handle...Does anyone have any suggestions for combating the acide reflux/sour stomach? thanks! Guest guest
My son got that after one year of oral chelation (constipation/impaction and GI reflux). I finally went to see a ped GI who put him under anti-reflux med. What she told me is that it was probably very inflammated and that it was the only way to heal it. He took the med for 6 weeks, then stopped and reflux came back. He did another 6 weeks and reflux did not come back. It has been a year now. I still watch out for constipation, because I feel it might have trigerred the reflux. Good luck, it is so painful, > Greetings, > > My 3 yr old son has been using TD DMPS for 3 weeks now and seems to be > holding his own...speech is coming - yeah!!!!
