Is that normal? > Your body probably isn't used to the magnesium, but taking cal & mag in divided doses throughout the day is better rather than all at once. Take 200 mg cal and 200 mg of mag at the same time with meals, and take another dose of the same with another meal. If the chlorophyll is making your stools green, first ensure the kind of chlorophyll is made from alfalfa (Nature's Way Cholorofresh) and take it with meals. Also ensure your digestion is good; check out that section in my article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " or see our Digestion Folder for testing your stomach acid levels, and how to take digestive enzymes. It seems odd that he has normal bms at home, with this procedure you have found that works, but at school he will have diarrhea. Are they giving him a morning snack or something that he does not tolerate? If you suspect yeast die off, try giving activated charcoal about 30-45 minutes after your anti-fungal. >>and lastly should I back off on the > between meals enzymes to slow this down? You can try this, see if it helps. Dana
