Guest guest
Hi, My son test result for 96 food allergy and sensitivity are finally in and the result is not encouraging. I was hoping to move to Specific carbohydrate diet but his IgG scores (sensitivity) to Cashews, sesame, almond, coconut, brewer's yeast and soy are all 3, for walnut and Safflower 2, and for peanut, sunflower, egg white and egg yoke, rice, tomatoes, peas, peaches, grapefruit, watermelon and baker's yeast, 1. He has an IGE (actual allergy) score of 2 for egg whites. There are more things such as gluten foods and other stuff that he doesn't eat anyway. Now, I need a new cookbook or something that would teach me how to make things such as crackers and cookies and yeast free bread using quinoa and potato flower. We are definitely in desperate need for more extensive food rotations and food expansion ideas for a picky taste sensitive child. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Also where to order, potatoes milk or other substitutes to rice and almond milk? Thank you, Haleh P.S. He only eats crunchy food.
