Virastop-other supplements question

Hello I know this comes up a lot, but I am still confused about what

supplements can be given together and which should be given away from

each other and food. Also, I have started the Virastop enzyme in

addition to continuing dose of 400 MG OLE (200mg twice daily).

Should these be given together and does it always have to be on empty

stomach. The virastop bottle says give 1 hour before food, does

anyone else have success doing it differently?? I am having a hard

time coordinating everything and would like some help on this. I

am also using " Ojibwa Tea of Life " which has to be given at least 1

hour away from food or any other supplements. (I have seen some

really good results from the tea and do not want to discontinue it at

this time.) I give the tea first thing in the morning 1 hour before

brkfst and then again right before bed.

Other than that we also do multi-vitamin/mineral, vitamin C,

magnesium, probiotic, DMG w/MB12 and folinic, GSE, OLE and now adding

virastop. I also use all 3 houston enzymes and give these 4 times

daily with the supplements. (usually before meals/snacks) So if

virastop and OLE should be given on empty stomach I'm not sure I can

make all this work.

By the way we have been using the OLE for about 3 weeks without any

noticable change one way or another with exception to a little nose

running. I once tried to up the dose, but it was too much phenol

and caused a phenol reaction, even with no-fenol enzyme. Perhaps it

is not having much of an affect because I am giving it prior to

food? Any help on this MUCH appreciated. Sheresa
