yeast diaper rash -- treatment?

My 2 yo appears to have a yeast diaper rash. Going on 2 months now.

We just realized that it's probably yeast and are beginnign to think

of treatment. Any thoughts on Monostat, etc? We're generally not very

conventional in our thinking, but he;s very uncomfortable.

I would first try probiotics and maybe Candidase or one of the other

yeast-digesting enzymes. You can use Lotrimin or Monistat on the

skin, and probiotics/enzymes orally. That should help unless the yeast

is REALLY bad.
