Jayson,

I have had that and chalked it up to the Fibro. Have you read Devin Starlanyl's

books on fibro ? (she has two). They are the most awesome reads and so LOADED

with info. WHen my legs hurt liek this, I am usually in a fibro flare. Sometimes

it's my back, sometimes it's my legs. Go figure.

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing something that I'm wondering if anyone else here has

ever had. The only way I cn think of to explain it is that my legs,

from top to bottom, have a deep ache and I feel as if I need to

constantly be tensing up and releasing the tension in my legs. It's

like I wish someone could put my legs in a big vice grip and then let

go over and over. They feel a little weak too, not majorly weak, but a

little weak. I haven't been this uncomfortable in a long time, and

that's saying something. LOL. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Jayson,

Do your legs fell jumpy? Could it be Restless Leg Syndrome? Occasionally,

I have RLS, it feels like you can't hold your legs still. It's not really

painful, but very uncomfortable. I will stand with my hands on the wall

and raise up on my toes until the calves of my legs hurt. It seems like it

feels better if they hurt. Sometimes my muscle relaxer will cause this, and

sometimes when I take Excedrin PM it will happen. Most of the time, I don't

really know what causes it.

Hi Jayson,

I think I know what you're talking about, but I haven't gotten a

handle on what I'm feeling in my legs. It's a deep ache from hips to

knees, not too strong, kind of vague, and I also feel a slight

shakyness as if from weakness. I'm wondering if it's related to

something in my lower back, where I've been experiencing some pain.

Is this similar to what you're feeilng?

Becky,

Muscle Relaxants are supposed to STOP RLS. You need to bring this up with your

doctor.

RLS many times co-exists with Fibro. So that is another thing to look at. I

suspect I have it in my sleep, because I notice many times when I wake up, the

dogs are no longer with me except for little deaf-blind Meriko, who is my velcro

baby!

I'm experiencing something that I'm wondering if anyone else here

has ever had... My legs, have a deep ache...

I sometimes get a feeling thru my arms that goes across my back. Its

sort of an acheyness or uncomfortableness. Sort of like when you cant

find a comfortable position. The doctors just look at me with a blank

stare when i try to describe it. If this is what you are feeling,

count me in.

csfguy,

I am going to echo what I have said before. WHat you have is symptoms of

Fibromyalgia. Gosh. Doctors sure need to pay attention and EDUCATE themselves.

My mom and I get exactly what you have. On some days it goes to downright

screaming pain like someone stabbing ur back. Sadly, many people with

autoimmune disorders suffer from Fibromyalgia too and too many doctors either

refuse to believe it exists, or just plain dont KNOW about it. That is why we

have to research ourselves, educate ourselves, then describe more precise to our

Rheumys and INSIST on a trigger point exam!

Over the past few years I've noticed these large capsule like things in

my bms and I've also vomitted some of them up. They are brown or red

and look like the hot tamales candy but about 3-4 times larger. When

I've vomitted them up I've handled them. They have a jelly like outer

coating and when cut open they contain many white dots with a black dot

in the center. I always assumed they were colonies of h.pylori and the

coating was the chemicals that h. pylori excretes to protect it from

stomach acid. The inside of the capsule looks like some of the

pictures I've seen on the net of h. pylori but I haven't found a

picture of the capsule like thing anywhere. I know I've had bad

bacteria problems in the past but whatever this is it's very hard to

get rid of b/c it's been there for a few years. Can anyone help?

Dear Friend with No Name, I can suggest two possibilities as a PhD biologist

with a

background in nutrition:

1) Some of your food supplements are not dissolving in your stomach, but they

swell a

little and end up looking like this. Believe me, this is not impossible.

2) This may be a parasite...something like a liver fluke or something, I can't

tell from your

description, even though it is quite graphic. I would not expect you to vomit up

liver

flukes.

It certainly does NOT sound like a bacterial problem.

Peace,

Kathy E.

hi thanx for the resonse. no I'm actually not on antifungals. I was

on coconut oil but ran out and haven't been using even that for

sometime. waiting on the new batch to come, so dont know if my

symptoms are die off or not. Just basically doing the diet. Guess

it could be some die off though..it's irritating and really

embarrassing. I dont trust myself to go around to my brother's house

because I was in their kitchen talking and I knew it was coming and I

didn't get out of there in time it was too late. No noise, but the

smell was out of this world. everyone just went quiet and got out

pretty quick. Guess I was hoping theyd think it was the cat or

something but their cat was outside at the time. I hope this is

temporary ;-)

==>Hi Adam. Yes, having gas problems is temporary. I had an

extremely embarrassing moment when I had candida. My boss was

talking to me and in the middle of his speech I let one that was like

you say " out of this world " , foul, digusting, etc. We were both very

overwhelmed, to say the least, but I couldn't move because he was

still talking. Holey moley was my face red!

==>When candida is being killed off, and also when it is overgrowing,

one of the over 79 chemicals it puts out is carbon dioxide (gas)

which causes bloating, pain and foul smelling flatulence.

The best to you, Bee

overgrowth thats doing this. Im trying hard and its been about a week

since I ate what I shouldnt have eaten. I dont know how long it takes

after a bad slip up to improve but Im having problems with the anal

itching, flatulence and fatigue and achiness and heart racing and the

lot. cant quite figure out whats going on.
