Why did Casein & Gluten Peptide number flip for Connor?

April '05 Casein was 280 1.60 ratio (-.95 normal)

HIGH

April '06 Casein is 33 .61 ratio

Below Normal .Yippee

April '05 Wheat (Gluten) was 86 .49 ratio

(-.95 normal) Below Normal

April '06 Wheat (Gluten) is 69 1.28 ratio

HIGH.Why???

1st he was high in Casein a year ago, so we removed milk products. A year

later he is low in Casein (yippee), but now he is high for Wheat. The only

change to his diet is the addiction of Rice Milk, some supplements (yeast

killing stuff added too) and Houston Enzymes. Why would his Gluten number

jump up, even on the enzymes??

Please advise.

Some ricemilk like Rice Dream brand have small amounts of gluten in it.

You may want to check the rice milk box again to see if it is totally gluten

free.
