Nyastatin - Sores in mouth?

Has anyone ever seen a side effect from Nyastatin (or yeast die off)

that comes in the form of cold sores in mouth? My three year old son

has been on it for 10 days and around day 7 developed very painful

mouth sores. My DAN said she has never heard of this but thought I

would check if anyone has had this unique experience?
