You might also try adding Virastop enzyme, which works together with OLE for a really nice combined effect. > Also, since we started this whole diet, his poor little stomach is > sticking way out, and is rock hard. What do you think? I would start with giving a lot of magnesium and/or vitamin C. Dana

At first, I started with 250mg per day. So you can work up to at least 500mg per day. My son was 8 years old when I started OLE. I give him MUCH more than 500mg per day now, and if I try to reduce the dose, he loses language. > I have kirkman buffered magnesium glycinate. He gets 2 of those a day- one > at lunch, and one at supper. Should I up that, and to what? You can try increasing it. I don't know the dose of what you are giving, but try giving 2x this amount and see if that helps. I have given more than 1500mg per day when I gave supplements that pulled lots of magnesium. I also have > kirkman buffered vitamin C powder, and I have no idea how much to give him, > and when. Start with 250mg per day and increase as required. I have given 24 grams per day when my son was first starting his immune boosting protocol. Dana
