I am noticing the exact same thing with my boys. I am introducing the AFP

Peptizide and we are on day five. I have only gotten up to 1/2 capsule at dinner

time. Yesterday they started having more of a diarrhea type BM and it is very

gritty. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Should I stop the enzymes, back

down, or keep on?
