Guest guest
Got the same thing until I started Candidase and No Fenol at the same time. So I take GSE, Candex, Candidase and No Fenol. Just one capsule of each, and 12-17 drops of GSE in an empty capsule. Candex and bloating?(Sorry to be so blunt!) I have learned a lot about my own biochemistry from studying to help my ASD son. I had always been plagued by chronic vaginal yeast infections, despite ridding my diet of sugar, and the usual measures. When I went GFCF, as did our whole family to help our son, I found my yeast issues improved greatly. With the onset of perimenopause, alas, it seems they are back with a vengeance. I used Candex with great success for awhile. It seems to completely stop the problem. However, I have now been on it for several months and now have a very bloated stomach. I do not feel bloated, but I look bloated. I quit the Candex for 2 weeks to see if the bloat disappeared. It did. But the yeast came back too. Then when I started Candex the yeast left, but the bloat is back. I'd rather have the bloat than the yeast, but wonder why I have it now when I used Candex for at least 6 mos. with no bloating? Maybe my yeast is worse now? Hormones and all? Just curious.
