Guest guest Posted September 30, 2005 Report Share Posted September 30, 2005 We started on oral DMPS 2x per week and son is getting hyper. I suspect yeast based on my readings here. I tried a dose of a Kirkmans anti yeast one morning last week and his behavior was sooo bad at school I didn't try it again. Now behavior is out of control so I'm going to try yeast treatment over the weekend.... Now for the questions. If I give him GSE or other to kill yeast, when do I follow up with probiotic - is the GSE killing off the good too? Anything besides charcoal to give to help mop up the bad? Is charcoal available in a pill? How bad after a killing dose does the bad behavior last? In otherwords can I just treat weekends have the worst of the behavior over before school on Monday?
