Make sure you find a qualified Traditional Chiropractor. Make sure you are

properly evaluated. This could be the best thing you have ever done for

yourself, and your child. Always follow your instincts...and if it were my

child, I would insist on proof of damage, in the form of x rays and scans,

before beginning any adjustments or any other treatments. Never let fear prevent

you from gathering information that may potentially save your child's, or loved

ones life.

Yes, be careful, this is really true. I had a young woman in one of my parishes

who was only

31 and suffered a severe disabling stroke after a chiropractic neck

manipulation. I went to

my chiropractor this morning, and because I was having neck and shoulder pain,

he applied

some gentle manual traction (pulled back a little on my head), but I would never

allow anyone

to do one of those twisting neck adjustments on a child.
