Guest guest
From watching a tv program dedicated to solving the yeast and fungal problems, I was reminded that Vit. C, and indeed many other supps., can have an origin not suitable to some; from a product they may react to from high sensitivity. The most common source of vit C supps. is from Corn. Heard it before from Williss but forgot. Jus as Fructose means fruit sugars but that got too expensive in processing so most now use Corn fructose. Sort of same for maltodextrose; any grain can be malted or in dextrose, rice, corn, barley, etc. as it is the process of toasting the grain that produces this, dextrinizing. Again, perhaps it's the grain source of the maltodextrose 'one' is reacting to...?? grandma peg p.s. the SCD book probably has this info, never got all the way thru' it. book on Special Diets has some info on it (my copy is loaned out).
