Guest guest
My daughter is ecstatic with the results of taking magnesium after years of being constipated. I was giving it to her at night and after a week she asked me to start giving it to her in the morning so it would help her sleep better at night, because she didn't find that taking it in the evening helped her get to sleep. So far she reports that taking it in the morning is helping her get to sleep earlier and better and stay asleep longer (this is my observation as well - she'd always been somewhat sleep deprived). The other day when I'd forgotten to give it to her in the morning, she refused it at night, saying she'd wait til the following morning so she'd sleep well the next night instead of being " tired from taking magnesium at night " all the next day. She is only 5 and only recently verbal but quite so now, and VERY in touch with her body's biomedical issues. She can not only diagnose her brother for calcium toxicity, bacteria and viral issues but will report whether she has a virus, yeast, bacteria or " is just sad " with amazing accuracy, so I thought I'd pass along the information.
