Adding enzymes directly to cartons of milk

Hello,

I'm new on the board and I was wondering if it would be OK to add the

enzymes directly to a carton of milk, so they could begin breaking

down the casein prior to anyone drinking it. Has anyone tried doing

that?

Also, sometimes we microwave our daughter's drinks, and I was

wondering if microwaving would reduce the effect of the enzymes?

I've ordered the enzymes but haven't received them yet, I'm looking

forward to trying them out.

Thanks
