Guest guest
Yes, I had a 4+ infestation of Citrobacter freudi when my Great Smokies CDSA came back. It's an opportunistic bacterium. And a course of Cipro that I was taking anyway for a case of cat scratch fever completely eradicated it. Since then, I've become allergic to Cipro, but at that time, it was what worked. The CDSA showed which antibiotics and natural supplements, etc. it was sensitive to. (BTW, the same stool analysis showed no yeast. Some of us have more trouble with bacteria, case in point.) Peace, Kathy E. Kathleen_E@... > > What is citrobacter fruendii ? Does anyone have experience fighting it? >
