How do I go about comparing Pro-Bio to AFP-Peptizide? I have read and

explored the sites. Are they serving the same purpose or can they work

together?

Emilie if you are referring to Kirkmans Pro-bio Gold this is a

probiotic not an enzyme. Kirkmans does sell digestive enzymes too

though. Houston's AFP peptizide is a protein digesting enzyme. Hope

this helps. Sheresa

Emilie,

There are over two and a half dozen products on the market called 'Pro

Bio'...most all are probiotics. Probiotics are beneficial bacteria

while AFP is a digestive enzyme product for breaking down proteins.

Probiotics and enzymes are complementary things we need for good gut

health, but they are different items. Most people do well using a

probiotic as well as a good enzyme product. The two work very well

together.

Please post if you have more questions or comments on this.
