Hi everyone,

My son has really been struggling in school and we have decided to

homeschool him. This is a good time to re-vamp what we are doing with

our biomedical interventions.

I think we need to start on square 1 with all of his suppliments abd

food avoidences/interventions.

We are way off track. I don't know what is working and what is not

working. I don't know if the things he had intolerances to are still

things he reacts to.

I want to cut everything out and start over, with one thing at a time.

We have not had enough success with anything to stop GFCF, so we are

sticking with that.

Do you know of a flow chart or logical sequence of what to add first?

I need to get serious about this because we are all over the place

and I can't even tell what he is reacting to. I suspect a lot of it

is behavioral from school stress, so I may see some relief for him

just from removing that stress. But a lot of it may be biomedical still.

I cannot afford a DAN doc. I do however, have the time with him at

home now to really watch him closely, and record reactions. I have a

hard time seeing reactions sometimes, or recording things, Been

winging it. It's time to get serious.

I have used no-fenol, peptizyde, b6, cysteine cream, epsom baths,

magnesium, OLE, and CLO. He was reactive with blood tests to egg and

corn 3 years ago, although we have added these into his diet somewhat.

We have stopped b12 injections and TMG. Refills ran out and I can't

afford to go back to doc.

He really reacts obviously to high phenol foods.

Also, how do you record the things you are currently watching in your

children?

In the past my son has acted " yeasty " but was negative to this twice

through Great Plains Lab.

Thanks for even reading this.

I would start by reading this paper and decide from the pie chart

what is most important regarding your son.

>Dawn,

I would stop everything for a couple of days and see how he is doing.

Add back in the enzymes and then the other stuff one at a time a

couple of days apart. Start a very simple diary and also list his

food, bowel and sleep for the day. Keep it simple so that over a week

or two it becomes obvious what he is reacting to.

I have foudn that a simple journal is always how I can tell whats

going on, we just cant count on our memories.
