Virastop: how do you spread the 10-20 capsules through the day?

Hi,

I've just started VS a few days ago and was wondering how I should

increase the number of capsules. Should I give more capsules at the

same time, or should I try to spread more? Right now I give 3 times a

day. I try to do every 8 hrs or so.

So far, no major changes, but he looks happier than usual. It might be

spring break too !
