Also, I noticed in another post a Mom talking about using Epsom salt baths.

That is very calming for my boys. I put about 4 cups of epsom salts in the warm

bath water and let it dissolve before putting my boys in. I also use about 8

cups of baking soda. It is very soothing and helps to relax them before bed.
