Guest guest
Hello, What do I do to begin? How do I know the dosages for all of these different enzymes? I guess I should start with a DAN doctor. Does anyone live in the NY area? I will find a doctor in my area. Take care.
Guest guest
- Just curious....where are the rashes you mentioned below located on your children? Are they very itchy? I started my son on anti-virals (Lauricidin and OLE) and within hours of introducing the OLE he developed a fine rash on his stomach which spread to a larger portion of his stomach and then developed a rash on the back of his knees, and bottom. All of which are very itchy and am wondering if it is more in the line of ecezma and if the anti-virals possibly brought this to the surface? Would be interested in your feedback. TIA Martha > > How do you know when viral issues are over and you can stop giving OLE and other anti-virals? > > I've been giving OLE w/kiefer, GSE and acidopholis(sp) to my son for a little over 2 weeks now, and we are seeing wonderful improvements in his OCD behaviors. He still has a bit of a quick temper, but even that has improved. My daughter has been getting it as well, and she continues to break out in fine rashes. Not certain, but I think her Tourette's symptoms are better. They are very mild--very soft vocalization, so it is not always easy to hear her. > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Hi Martha, My 8 yo daughter has had rashes on her upper back, very light rash on her face, arms, and stomach. They are itchy, but not overwhelming. I'm not sure if they are eczema--I've had eczema in the past myself, and it did not look like this. I've been giving her and my son lots of kiefer, gse and acidopholis along with the OLE. She did not complain of any rash today. This is their third week on OLE. My son has not had any rashes--his symptoms were more along the lines of a mild cold. Right now neither of them is presenting any symptoms, so I'm beginning to up their OLE dosages a bit. marthawerling <marthawerling@...> wrote: - Just curious....where are the rashes you mentioned below located on your children? I thought virus issues were over after a year on anti-virals, and I removed the anti-virals, and then my son got a cold and the cold virus went straight into his brain. Viruses are nasty things! Be sure the immune system is functioning well before removing the anti-virals. One thing you can watch for, is how much vitamin C you can give in a day without it causing diarrhea. Another thing is if you can give anti-virals without causing a yeast issue. Dana

My son's viral " die off " rash was moderately itchy. Here are two photos, he had two basic types of rash http://www.danasview.net/virus_rash1.jpg http://www.danasview.net/virus_rash2.jpg I started my son on > anti-virals (Lauricidin and OLE) and within hours of introducing the > OLE he developed a fine rash on his stomach which spread to a larger > portion of his stomach and then developed a rash on the back of his > knees, and bottom. This is similar to my son's viral " die off " rash experience. Dana

Viruses are nasty things! Hi Dana I read and article a little while back which haunts me which stated " When viral RNA or DNA combines with genetic material in the cell itself, the viral genetic material can become part of the host cell genetic code, altering the genetic structure of the cell. " " Nasty things " sure becomes an understatement - if this article is right, do we EVER really get rid of the virus issue especially if the child is vaccinated?? Sigh

I don't know, but my son recently had a stomach virus, which did NOT migrate into his brain, so I am hopeful. Dana
