What should I do for 3.5 yo with diarrhea that won't quit?

My 3.5 yo has had diarrhea for about a month now. He had the signs of

a cold starting when it first showed up. The sinus crud went away but

the diarrhea did not. Sometimes it's soft, but forming up, but then

it goes right back to liquid the next. He has a bm almost every time

he eats something.

We are doing GSE for almost 10 days now because I know that he has

yeast problems as well as my 5 mo old baby (both had really difficult

diaper rashes), but it has made no difference one way or the other in

his poops. He is NT but has always had poor digestion. His appetite

has been okay, but tonite he did not want his dinner & wanted his

generic cheerios instead.

I am getting very worried about him - he looks pale. We are not

entirely GFCF, but about 95% or better there. Should I stop the

enzymes (he's been taking all 3 HNI chewables for at least 6 mos

now)? Should I stop his chewable multivit? I'm afraid it might be

the only nutrition he's getting right now.

I'm debating taking him to the dr. I had IBS as a teen and I don't

want to put my little guy thru all that and quite possibly for nothing.

OTOH, we can't really afford taking him to the DAN dr & paying out of

pocket for more labs either - we can't even afford it for our 2 HFA

boys at this point. Help! This stress is killing me!
