Guest guest
This is obviously for me. Ladies, I need your advice. At the age of 35, I got my first yeast infection. I have been taking my son's pro-biotics, and eating lots of yogurt, but, it isn't going away. Any advice on what I can do to get rid of this?? Thanks, everyone. Amber. Guest guest
- Stores such as Wild Oats and now even wal-Mart supercenters sell a crandberry juice that is 100% that tastes really tart, but drinking that alone should take care of the problem. One of the names is Just Cranberry at Wild Oats. There is not even any apple or grape juice in it as a sweetener. You might give that a try. I would only get the yogurt from a health food store too. The regular grocery store brands have a lot of junk in them. April -- In , " kennetheriklucy " <eislerfamily@...> wrote: > > This is obviously for me. Guest guest
use OTC Monistat if it's really uncomfortable. However, I've heard of some folks putting Threelac in a capsule and inserting that into your vagina. But, since I doubt you have a gel cap available or, threelac for that matter you'll probably need OTC remedies. Hope you feel better soon. kennetheriklucy <eislerfamily@...> wrote: This is obviously for me. Ladies, I need your advice. At the age of 35, I got my first yeast infection. Guest guest
> > Thanks, Dana. > how much GSE did you need?? I put 10 drops of GSE into about an inch of water, every hour until the infection was gone. It took about a day. Dana
