Guest guest
Dana, How long did you do the anti-viral protocol for before the viral issues were eliminated? I have a friend who is dealing with viral issues and she's on OLE and aloe vera. The aloe vera she takes consistently but the OLE she takes on and off and it causes considerable yeast that she gets very irritable and spacey during times of taking it. Also how long did you have to take the OLE? and will the biotin and GSE help with the irritability? Thanks From: danasview <danasview@...> Subject: [ ] Re: OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT Date: Sunday, March 13, 2011, 5:38 PM > Hi, Dana, > In this case, how do you treat to take care of the virus? I started with high dose vitamin A protocol to address measles virus. http://www.danasview.net/vitamina.htm Then I started with OLE to suppress viral growth/reproduction. Then added Virastop enzyme. After viruses were somewhat controlled, I gave high doses of vitamin C, vitamin D, and lysine [one at a time]. Viral die off caused a lot of yeast here, so I gave the anti-virals with lots of biotin and GSE. My son now no longer has virus issues. Guest guest
> Dana, > How long did you do the anti-viral protocol for before the viral issues were eliminated? 4 years, but if I had to do it over again, with the info I have now, I could have done it in 2 years, maybe as long as 3. >>I have a friend who is dealing with viral issues and she's on OLE and aloe vera. The aloe vera she takes consistently but the OLE she takes on and off and it causes considerable yeast that she gets very irritable and spacey during times of taking it. Yep, I had to give a lot of biotin and GSE while giving OLE. >>Also how long did you have to take the OLE? 2 years >>and will the biotin and GSE help with the irritability? If the irritability is caused by yeast, then biotin and GSE should help. Dana
Guest guest
Hi Dana, You said your friend takes Olive Leaf Extract " on and off " because " it causes considerable yeast that she gets very irritable and spacey during times of taking it. " I'd like to offer a different explanation for your description of you friend's situation. As background, it's not so much the Candida itself that causes the symptoms but rather the toxins it produces and releases into the body that cause the symptoms. Candida is known to produce 79 distinct toxins that cause a broad range of symptoms, including those that your friend described to you. When you start OLE at too high a dose initially, you kill too many Candida cells too quickly. This then causes your system to be flooded with these toxins--too much for your liver to process all at once. So you suffer an increase in the very same symptoms that you are trying to eliminate. This is referred to as a " die off " reaction or " Herxheimer " reaction. It's good because the OLE is killing the Candida but bad because you are overloading your liver with Candida toxins. Therefore, the key to make this work is to wait a few days or a week, reduce the dose and try again. I had a severe Candida infection and, through trial and error, I found that I had to start with a dose of only 1/4 teaspoon of liquid OLE extract per day. It took me 3 months to work up to 3 tablespoons per day and every time I increased the dose I had to go through another " die off " reaction. For me it was the worst on day 2, then gradually got better over the next 2-3 days. What kept me going is that, after each increase, I always felt better than before I started that increase. I can't image how bad your friend must feel if she is trying to take a whole capsule. I hope this helps.

It was the high doses of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, and lysine that eliminated the viruses and corrected the immune system. Guest guest
Dana, Here is her antiviral regimen: Aloe vera - 16 ounces OLE - 4.2g Swanson digestive enzymes Swanson acidolphilus (probiotics) Coconut juice and flesh (sometimes) She's going to start the biotin and GSE. What dosage will you recommend as she is 119 pounds. Also should she add Lauricidin to her regimen or what else can she add to this? Will take 's advice and tell her to start with a 1/4 dose of OLE and work her way to 4.2 g. So is the coconut. I don't recognize those enzymes as being anti-viral, but I don't know for sure. > She's going to start the biotin and GSE. What dosage will you recommend as she is 119 pounds. I started with 400mcg biotin and 1 drop GSE. She can consider starting as high as 1mg biotin and 1 tablet or capsule of GSE. I wouldn't start higher than that tho. >>Also should she add Lauricidin to her regimen or what else can she add to this? Lauricidin works well for some people, but at my house it caused so much yeast that I was unable to control it. I switched to OLE and had much better results. Adding Virastop enzyme can help. And then my son required high doses of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, and lysine to finally eliminate viruses and correct his immune system.
