Guest guest
Hi , my son is on day three of GSE I have noticed a big increase in his temperment and behaviors a lot of mouth play not eating the food but obliterating it with hands while holding it up to mouth, fingers in mouth, spitting, spitting out drinks, trying to hold onto his tongue, biting me, nothings changed in his diet except for theGSE and I read a post that mentioned more Zinc than what I was giving so I upped it from 23 mg to 46. So maybe this is die off? and I should do more to assist with flushing it out? I think maybe if I hear one more loud noise I may weep, its just that kind of day so I thought id run these not so new but worse behaviors by you ladies. Thanks,Libby
Guest guest
Hello, I would reduce the Zinc to what he tolerated well, my son would go crazy on that much zinc and he is 9. Since you have a just started the GSE you may want to cut that in half also your sons body is telling you something???? My 2 cents Ann PS Zinc is suppose to make your taste buds - taste food again??? Try giving it with No-Fenol enzyme. If that does not work, you will need to use a different yeast killer. >>So maybe this is die off? It might be, you can give it for a week and see what happens at that time. Dana
