All fruits and vegetables are carbohydrates, technically. There are

only 3 possibilities: carbohydrate, fat or protein. Fruits,

vegetables, grains and dairy contribute carbohydrate (although dairy

also contains protein and fat.) For diabetic purposes, for instance,

you would count a fruit or veg. as a carb; some fruits and vegetables

are actually higher glycemic index or carb/sugar than something like

ice cream.

As for egg whites, my son also reacts to them this way. I think for

him it's something about the type of protein.

HI, My daughter also reacts to egg whites, she gets very frustrated

easily and nasty after eating anything with phenylalanine, the main

ingredient of nutra sweet. I found that out after my daughter after

watching a friend use it in her coffee, took and put a couple of

packets in her pocket and ate them that night -she had a high fever

for two-three days (on our vacation) I am hoping once we start the MSM

and precursors for allowing her body to process phenols better, that

that egg allergy will go away. Interesting fact if someone has Phenol

poisoning it literally eats at the stomach, so if kids are phenol

sensitive cuz they are not able to process it in their bodies is it

working on their stomach and intestines and any mucus membrane by

creating the lining to be more susceptible to leakage? Just wondering.

Mints, pepto bismo, items we usually give to calm a sore stomach are

all high in phenols.

Depends on the child. For example, No-Fenol works better on

fruit-phenols than artificials or nut-phenols.

For my son, certain foods caused problems BEYOND phenol intolerance.

For example, he could not tolerate oranges, even with No-Fenol,

because of carotene conversion problems.

were: avoiding the food, or talking no-phenol if it works. Are there

other choices to deal with phenol issues?

Molybdenum helps for certain people. Epsom salt baths or cream are

usually effective. For my son, ALA chelation removed all his phenol

intolerance issues.

==>Bob, if you are going to post such information please provide a

reference. There is so much false information out there, and so there

is no need to alarm my group without backing it up with sound

references.

Also animals in the wild don't stop to cook egg whites or get rid of

them. IF you had urinary tract problems in the past your body will

retrace them per Hering's Law of Cures. If you have burning issues it

is because there isn't enough HCl in the stomach to keep the valve to

the esophagus closed. Try taking more HCl 40 minutes after meals, and

see my revised HCl schedule:

Also, Bob, if you have " burning issues " when you're going to the

bathroom, drink Parsley Tea for several days, and it should clear right

up!
