OK this has nothing to do with your note on magnesium, but with something that has to do with red wine! (and I too have a brown eyed beauty) Anyway I am completely devastaed by wines with heavy tannins, but I love pinot noirs and they don't give me the bad headaches/ flu symptoms. Funny I just found this: " Red wines aren't for everyone. All reds -- except Pinot Noir -- contain color pigment, phenol, which gives some people a histamine reaction or a headache. " Robyn PS soda for the carpet!
Guest guest
Robyn, Funny you should say that because I have noticed just this past year that every time I drink a glass I suddenly get stuffed up and drippy like a severe allergy attack. I've just almost given it up completely because of this. I guess I could always try mixing some no-fenol in there and see if that helps!! I will have to remember that the Pinot Noir doesn't have this effect. Thanks for the info. Guest guest
Yeah, thanks. My daughter used to get migraines just from a sip of wine at church. However most wines still also have sulfites if you have asthma problems, etc. Anybody think Benny's crazy behavior noted in previous post today was related to mag citrate or calcium or what?? Peace, Kathy E. > > > > > >>>Or maybe it is due to the fact that my little brown eyed > beauty > > > just turned over my glass of red wine onto the white carpet as > > > > I was reading this. > >
