From past experience...yes! Usually if enzymes are not going to cut it allowing gluten/casein or other foods back into the diet, it is apparent from the very beginning. Sometimes if putting foods back in the diet isn't possible at first, it is possible a few months later after some gut healing has occurred. But what isn't seen is being able to put foods back into the diet right away but then later this ability wears off. That is, the enzymes don't stop working in a few months. It's been 5 years for us on the Enzyme Adventure. My boys now do not require enzymes or any special diet...and the improvements achieved as so totally there. .
