what are signs of viral die-off?

What are signs of viral die-off and what can you do to help with it?

We finished Nystatin on Dec. 25th. I suspected viral issues so we

started Vit C on Monday.

Are these signs of viral die-off?

It may be to soon to tell but we have had weepiness in a major way,

hand flapping, crossing of fingers, clicking jaw and hyperactivity. I

don't think we have ever had weepiness like this before. Jaw clicking

has only happened a few times Monday and Tuesday. We have not had the

hand flapping since starting enzymes. Hyperactivity has been and on

and off issue for awhile. Eye-contact - marked improvement.

She is four and 35lbs and we are giving her two doses which total 150

mg a day. Should I take it slower? I plan on ordering NF formulas

buffered Vit C with Larch Arabinogalactan recommended in McCandless's

book.
