we just got the no-fenol chewables and my daughter loves them. we had

been sprinkling on the contents from capsules, but she would maybe have

half capsule/day. these last few days she has about 3 chewables and

sometimes doesn't eat afterwards. i seem to remember that no-fenol on

an empty stomach will kill off yeast. is this correct?

i'm checking with you all on this because she has also been sweating

(head only) a lot and is very uncomfortable. She screams, jerks and

scratches and tells me to take the sweat off. I give her a bath and she

does ok until she sweats again.

it's also been very hot AND she has eaten a small amount of foods from

her bad list (soy / corn). So my first thought was that she was

experiencing an allergic response. but now i'm wondering if it could be

yeast die-off.

thanks,

alicia

thanks dana. the sweating has reduced a bit. i think it may be from

milk (even though her allergy test came up fine for milk) combined with

heat and detoxing too fast.

interesting thing is that she is more communicative this year than last

so yesterday she told me that it feels like there are hot spices on her

head. i've been lurking on boards like these for about a year and

haven't heard of such a thing, but i suppose it would be linked to

sensory processing imbalances.

thanks.
