Guest guest
I tried x 2 to use Pro Bio Defense (with S. Boulardii) to treat the last of my daughter's yeast. Both times I had significant aggression that was getting worse - so either huge die off or intolerance. Both times, when I stopped by Day 5 my 8 yo NT daughter had weird skin reactions - the first time scarlet red earlobes plus extremely scaly skin on the surrounding neck and behind the ears (resolved within 24 hrs with strong otc skin cream). The second time the skin on her one foot started to peel. The foot is not resolving spontaneously (it's getting worse and I've even added otc antifungal cream x 3 days). I've only been applying it once a day (school aged child) but could do more. Would oral GSE drops help (I have done that with Candex over Xmas)? I'm presuming this is yeast -- is it dead yeast toxins that are still coming out [why it's getting worse] or an active yeast infection [that's getting worse]? I've looked at images of Athlete's foot on the web (due to a fungus) and it doesn't really look like that -- the skin is just sort of coming off and making a blister -- only there's no fluid -- just a multilayer of skin that is no longer " stuck " to the foot. Very weird. Thanks, Sue
