Guest guest
Anxious to get yeast under control so we can start chelation for the first time and or restart virastop or ole. My 4 yr old PDD-NOS daughter is in school full-time. She eats three meals a day and they offer the kids two snacks a day. I provide all food which is scd and she is on all there houston's before eatting. I work at home so am able to keep her home as I need. She is in a college lab program which requires full-time enrollment. She has been getting her o of o (dropped down to 3 or 4 drops) and her vitamin c (587 mg- buffered) together with all there meals. We have not pushed her vit c up to four times/bedtime yet. She also gets her Kirkman Children's Multi-Vitamin and other supplements with meals. Is it more effective to give o of o and c and other supplelments before or between meals? She gets her probiotics two hours apart from o of o/vit c and with snacks and a dose at bedtime with candex. So she is getting o of o/vit c three times a day and probiotics three times a day. Kirkman pro bio gold at bedtime and Klaire's vital-10 during the day. When she is home I don't give her a.m. and p.m. snacks- only meals and give her candex and extra no-fenol with probiotics. The Kirkman says for best results to take Pro-bio Gold with food. But we have been giving this in a little applesauce at bedtime. Klaire's vital-10 doesn't say on the bottle to take with or without food but she has been getting it with snacks. Her tummy was hard and buldging last night and has been wiggleing a lot. Could this be yeast die-off or could I have bumped up the o of o and probiotics to much? Having lots of potty accidents which is normal for her during yeast die-off. She had a bm last night and already had one this morning. BM's are still ridged and have been large. Couldn't help myself and gave her one virastop yesterday with antifungals. Anxious to get the cognitive skills back. Recently switched from Kirkman's zinc with propylene glycol to L Opti Zinc (monomethionine). She is getting 10 mg at bedtime. This is in addition to zinc in the children's multi. I have been reading about supplements Andy recommends for chelation. This is so overwhelming. Melinda
