Guest guest
Just want to add we're still on a good role. Again my 9 yr old daughter is not autistic, but does have social & learning issues and anxiety. She calls it " shy " , but it's an internal uncomfortable and all the other kids stay away from her even though she is the sweetest thing. I wanted to share her response, I swear it's something that would only mean something to a parent (or person) with something not right. She said, " going outside isn't scary anymore, nor is playing basketball. And it's like the sun is brighter and she sees better. " This is the first mention of outdoors/vision, a day and a half into CLO wondering if this could be a link for the vit A? She also came down stairs in shorts (we're in CA and yes it was almost warm enough today!). She said she felt inside of her body that she was comfortable to do that. This is HUGE because she has over the years exhibited signs of pure self consciousness, like freaked out over her arms showing, and I've had to fight off thoughts of her getting anorexia. Which again makes me think stuff like that is absolutely linked to this kind of deficiency or toxicity issue! She chews her finger and toe nails (yes it's really gross...) down to the nubs. I am very interested to see if this habit changes. Not trying to say all will see this, but it just does prove there for many there is a deficiency in the body that absolutely is effecting the neurological connection. With soy and estrogen being the base, not sure if it will seem to benefit girls/woman more than men. FYI-minerals didn't seem to do anything and I never had the patience for vitamins because all attempts showed she wasn't processing them well. But thank God, something seems to be getting through. Guest guest
Kari, I am so happy for you and even more for her. It sounds like your sweet darling little girl has really pronounced anxiety issues. Has she tried St. john's wort. It never worked for me for depression but I used to carry it and on days of severe anxiety even when it was situational, I would pop a couple of pills and it worked very well and keeping anxiety away would prevent falling into depression anyway. Another thing has been really beneficial for me is the sublingual Methyl B 12 and Keyon is on nasal spray. I can feel anxiety, stress and agitation build up on the days I forget to take it. Public performance anxiety is a real major issue with me and my son both. Just a thought...I think the two of us here need to go for lecithin. Thank you for the updates. For my son, this meant yeast. Dana
