Guest guest
Tami, I default to checking the magnesium status and doing a trial of adding in magnesium (not oxide, but other forms...oxide is cheap and common but not very absorbable). This has worked in the past. And continuing with the enzymes. It could be that with enzymes, more nutrition is being absorbed and things are getting cleaned out. But with magnesium deficiency so common, the other nutrients may be getting in but mag is lacking...so it shows up as constipation. You can also look or other signs of magnesium lacking: - tense muscles; muscle pains - trouble going to sleep and staying asleep - agitation or anxiety; trouble just relaxing, sitting still, focusing - migraines; lots of headaches, or severe headaches Here more info on magnesium: http://www.enzymestuff.com/magnesium.htm .
