Guest guest
Just had to say my son slept again! He woke at 5 am asking for juice! Usually he woke at 12am, 2 am, 3 am, 4am & 5am.(This started June 1st! I was so tired for so long! I broke out in hives!) I have been giving only 1/4 pear juice & 3/4 water with 1 capsule of No- Fenol. I also do not give him any Tylenol. That is how we usually got him to sleep. Since he would wake-up banging his head we thought he might have a headache. We now will only give him Motrin if needed. Also he got an epson salt bath and the homemade epson salt lotion rub down. Also, I have not allowed him to take afternoon naps which he seems happy about. Who would think a 2 & 1/2 year old would not need a nap? He obviously doesn't. He has been banging his head less. I heard him last night but he was banging his head while in his toddler bed. He did not get out of bed at all to bang his head!!!! I am sooooooooo happy. Maybe he won't have to try the strong meds for sleep that his doctor was recommending!!!! Yeah!!!!! Just had to share.
Guest guest
My daughter rarely naps at age 3. If they need to sleep they will fall asleep. She usually sleeps in the car between errands. Some just don't need as much as others. Although, I couldn't get her sleep a couple of nights (she is my NT child) and I gave her melatonin which helped her fall asleep. Of course, I have given it to her and it not work also. --------------------------------- Messenger with Voice. Make PC-to-Phone Calls to the US (and 30+ countries) for 2¢/min or less.
