I like to know if there are any parents notice that their child is

constipated while they are on enzymes. he was not before and then it

has been a week where he has refused to take the AFP and Zyme prime

chewables and I don't know why that is. he use to love them.but don't

understand why he is constipated. and will that eventually go away.he

just started taking the enzymes again, but getting difficult in

school, and today i grounded them up and put one of them in his

zyrtec, and zyme prime grind up in put in alittle bit of kool aid,

and stirred it well so he couldn't tell it is in there.I don't want

to back down as told to do because of the constipation. my son has

made progress in eye contact, spontaneous affection, he always been

affectionate and loving child but way more , and non verbal, teacher

said he has said a couple of words. teachers and OT is seeing good

results . and I don't want to stop these. esp. if one of them is

causing constipation. why is that. anyone has an idea why that is.

and will that eventually go away. I would love to hear from anyone

who can answer this. about being constipated on zyme prime. which

houston believe it is. would like to hear from other parents. and

will this eventually go away. and should i try to give him benefiber

to soften his stool while he is on the enzymes. don't want to have to

give him a stool softner everyday when he takes zyme prime along

with the AFP. he needs them both. anxious to hear from you all for

advice and opinion and want to know if this has been a problem with

the constipation on enzymes. looking forward to hearing from you as

soon as possible.
