Guest guest
Although I've read in many places that crazy sticky ear wax is a sign of EFA deficiency, this latest thread has got me questioning a bunch of things I thought were true. Does anyone have any insights on this kind of ear wax problem? Removing all casein for 9 months had no impact on it. Supping with EPO and high EPA fish oil also seems to have had very little impact. Thoughts? Thanks, Anita
