Taken between meals or at bedtime, enzymes help to:

* Clean up undigested food and debris

* Separate stacked or clumped red blood cells

* Dissolve fat build up around those red blood cells

* Improve circulation

* Reduce congestion (mucus and blood)

* Reduce swelling and other physical discomfort

* Relieve the various types of stress that we are bombarded with daily

We are doing really bad in the seasonal allergy department. I know we have some

food allergies but not sure which ones he is sensitive to. Is there anything

out there that is better than just giving " claritin reditabs " or " allergy

shots/drops " ?

Should I just try OLE? Just enzymes? What's good?

Thanks.

For us, OLE worked miracles for seasonal allergies. My daughter and

I practically don't have them anymore, and we both had very bad

symptoms in the past (and earlier this fall, before we resumed

taking it.)

How much OLE? He is 8yrs old about 90lbs. I am going to buy the OLE drops. I

hope this will help him. It was miraculous the brain fog that lifted once we

stopped the singulair. Maybe it was causing something else. I don't know.

Enzymes are really interesting. I'm taking an anatomy class thru college. I'm

33 like " what am I thinking " going back to school. But I think I understand it

all a bit better. Thank goodness we can follow in 's/Dana's wise steps.

What did people do about 5-10 yrs ago! Thanks to all the pioneers helping us

all out!

April.

I use 500mg per day for my allergies. For a child, might want to try

250mg.

Dana or anyone who knows…..,

Can you give me some advice on Virastop? I’ve just started giving this to

my 5 year old 50 pound son at ½ capsule 3 times a day. How much do I

increase it to?

Thanks,

Willis

Once he is stabilized on this dose, try increasing it to 1 capsule 3x

per day, see how that goes. You can go a lot higher, depending on

your child.

Watch for yeast overgrowth, which commonly occurs with viral " die off " .

How much Nature-throid are you taking?

Buist, ND

Is this true??

My naturopathic Doctor told me that if I keep using my naturthoid medication, then I will not be able to heal my hypothyroid (with the use of Iodoral or anything else). He said that by using the naturthoid (basically same as armor) my thyroid is basically inactive (almost dead I think he said) because the pill is doing all the work for it and so the Iodoral won't really be activating it. What do you think of that? I thought lots of people keep taking their meds and over time find they can just decrease them?On another note, after taking Iodoral for 9 months my doctor actually felt I needed to increase my dosage of Iodoral from 60 - 90mg. That seems to be backwards, doesn't it? Any reason why this might've happened? I was on 12.5 for about 5 months, and 4 months at 25.Thanks,
