Guest guest
Hi Amy, I am doing an anti-everything diet. I put him on a 3 week chicken and potato elimination diet to clean out his gut- it was really hard. I added back in white and brown rice (which he reacted to, so I took them out again). Then I added pears, pinto beans, sorghum flour, and chick peas and took out potatoes. That's where he's at now. I started the Nystatin 3 days ago, and am going to wait for the die-off to be over before I start re-introducing new foods again. The next new food will be turkey. I have heard of ThreeLac, but I have no idea what it is. What is it??? Of all the things I've tried so far on my son, GFCF diet, elimination of numerous other foods, supplements, enzymes, pro-biotic, the only thing that I've seen any change in him at all was when I completely took him down to chicken and potatoes- he stopped his giggling fits, became calmer, more talky, now I've started the Nystatin, I'm hoping to see more good things (especially improved sleep at night.) Thanks. Amber. On 1/4/06, noahsmom7898 <noahsmom7898@...> wrote: > > Amber, are you doing any sort of antiyeast diet? Guest guest
Hi Amy, at first I had him on buckwheat flour, but he seemed to react to it, so I changed him to sorghum flour, and it is better. He is also eating chick pea flour, since I started giving him chick peas. Have you tried Quinoa flour- I've heard good things about that. Amber.
