Hi Amy, I am doing an anti-everything diet. I put him on a 3 week chicken

and potato elimination diet to clean out his gut- it was really hard. I

added back in white and brown rice (which he reacted to, so I took them out

again). Then I added pears, pinto beans, sorghum flour, and chick peas and

took out potatoes. That's where he's at now. I started the Nystatin 3 days

ago, and am going to wait for the die-off to be over before I start

re-introducing new foods again. The next new food will be turkey. I have

heard of ThreeLac, but I have no idea what it is. What is it???

Of all the things I've tried so far on my son, GFCF diet, elimination of

numerous other foods, supplements, enzymes, pro-biotic, the only thing that

I've seen any change in him at all was when I completely took him down to

chicken and potatoes- he stopped his giggling fits, became calmer, more

talky, now I've started the Nystatin, I'm hoping to see more good things

(especially improved sleep at night.) Thanks. Amber.

Hi Amy, at first I had him on buckwheat flour, but he seemed to react to it,

so I changed him to sorghum flour, and it is better. He is also eating chick

pea flour, since I started giving him chick peas. Have you tried Quinoa

flour- I've heard good things about that. Amber.
