Guest guest
Hi : I just saw a study posted by Binstock that said oral and sublingual B12 are absorbed equally well. For a 3 year old, I would start at 500 mcg and work my way up, increasing by 500 mcg everytime I saw improvement, every other day. The side effects of too much B12 is aggression and low motivation, if you get this, just stop. Good luck, Re: Fish Oils in PDD Nos children > > > Thank you, Haleh--your words of encouragement bring me to a very > happy point It's been a tough week with sick kids and that > really helped me get through another tough afternoon.
