In what order to give treatments?

I'm treating my son all by myself and I just started. I don't know if

I should give all the treatments at once or give them in a certain

sequence. Should I give antivirals at the same time I'm giving

chelators and the GFCF diet and enzymes? We just started the GFCF

diet 2 days ago, I've been removing casein only.
