I leave 2 Candex on my nightstand and then if I have to get up in the middle of the night to nurse, I swallow them and that ensures they are going into an empty stomach (b/c lets face it when is your stomach empty when you are nursing? Only when you are sleeping pretty much, right?) Then when I wake up I usually take 2 Custom Probiotic Adult Formula CP-1 or a different probiotic before breakfast. And I rotate.
