Guest guest
Magnesium should help with sleep not prevent it. Not sleeping with magnesium is kind of a paradoxical symptom. Magnesium is calming, unless the glycinate part is using up too much B6, then that possibly might maybe cause a problem. Try using B6, as P5P, 20-50 mgs. if you can and see if that doesn't prevent the sleeping problem with the mag glycinate. excess saliva -- calcium link? > Hi, > > Is there some sort of link between calcium and excess saliva? Guest guest
For my son, excess saliva is a histamine issue, this can be triggered by any non-tolerated item, including calcium. However, perhaps the magnesium is allowing the calcium to absorb into his system, and so at that point doesn't cause a histamine reaction. My son's histamine is affected by excess ammonia, which is a byproduct of the bacteria clostridia. excess saliva -- calcium link? Hi, Is there some sort of link between calcium and excess saliva? When we changed to a more absorbable form of calcium, my son started slurping back saliva periodically. When I increased magnesium glycinate it stopped, but then I had to reduce the mag.gly. back to its previous level (he wasn't sleeping) and the excess saliva came back. Any thoughts? B. Guest guest
, Thanks, sorry I didn't get a chance to reply -- I was out of town for 8 days. I think I will try the B6.
