What about tiny goosebumps under the chin?

My dd has had the bumps on the back of her arm - that's poor fat

metabolism, right? But she also has a patch under her chin of tiny

goose-bumpy looking skin that doesn't really look the same - does

anyone know if that's caused by the same thing?
