Group,

I have been under a great deal of stress recently. I have taken my enzymes

with meals and this has helped my digestion a lot. What I have noticed is that

I have a patch of scaly (sp) skin on my back. My dad had Psoriasis and there

is no pain unless I press hard with my finger nail.

I have a digital postal scale, but I think I bought it at a garage sale or

auction or something like that. It is very accurate. I don't know what they

cost new. It is called an Accu Weigh. It says on the bottom, Made in Japan

exclusively for Metro Equipment, Sunnyvale, CA. It zeros out. You can also

set if for grams or ounces. I just use ounces, being American.

Maybe check on eBay.

Jim.

Can anybody who is using scales to weigh out their herbs recommend a

brand/type and possibly where to get one.

I've been searching the internet for the past couple of hours and there

certainly is a wide selection. Many of them don't say how sensitive

they are though. I'd like it to be as sensitive as to measure in

milligrams as well as grams.

Thanks,

Barbara
