Thanks for this. This is a new one for me. I hate to get, um, technical

but - could you describe what you mean by 'sticky'? I'm not sure I've ever

seen one like that but I would want to know if I were giving too many.

One way to know

if you are giving more enzyme than necessary to your children is to

look on stools. If stools seems to be anormally sticky then you are

adding more than necessary. Why that happens? Enzymatic reactions

are equilibrium reactions, meaning that if you add more enzyme that

necessary instead of hydrolysis you can obtain some " polimerization "

and it seems that the sticky material on stools come from some

polimerization.
