Guest guest
Thanks for this. This is a new one for me. I hate to get, um, technical but - could you describe what you mean by 'sticky'? I'm not sure I've ever seen one like that but I would want to know if I were giving too many. Re: Peptizyde - what foods does it break down?? One way to know if you are giving more enzyme than necessary to your children is to look on stools. If stools seems to be anormally sticky then you are adding more than necessary. Why that happens? Enzymatic reactions are equilibrium reactions, meaning that if you add more enzyme that necessary instead of hydrolysis you can obtain some " polimerization " and it seems that the sticky material on stools come from some polimerization. _____
Guest guest
Thanks so much - such a novice at this, i guess I'll just learn as I go along. Thank you! victorhugo155 <victorhugo155@...> wrote: Kathleen is rigth ! You should better use an enzyme mix with lipases, carbohydrases and proteases. Regarding the dosage, some sites in the internet claim that you can " eat " as much enzyme as you want...... well, digestive enzymes are not allergens, but " overdose " is not convinient anyway.
