Anyone know of an organic flour source?

I have put my two sons -- one ASD and one neurotypical w/asthma -- on

the HN chewable enzymesa few months ago. I have kept my ASD son on

the gf/cf diet but have now allowed him to eat possibly cross

contaminated food at resturants with no ill effects. I have also let

him take the communiion host (which is wheat based) at our church

with no ill effects. Just these two small changes bring such great

joy!!

A few months ago I read " Fateful Harvest " by Duff and vowed

that I would transition our family to eating as much organic food as

possible. I make a few things for my ASD son that are gf/cf and I am

having great difficulty finding flours that are organic and are

gf/cf. I can find organic rice flour easily, but I cannot find

organic potato starch flour anywhere and this concerns me because

in " Fateful Harvest " potatoes are believed to soak up lead in the

soil. We are currently chelating and collecting urine for urine

toxic metal tests which show elevated levels of lead, lead and more

lead!!!

For those of us who bake gf/cf, potato starch flour is a staple.

Can anyone direct me to a source for organic potato starch flour,

please?
